You can be the difference! Be the change you want to see in the world.

1989 - 2009; twenty years later after the brutal CCP massacre against its own people in Tiananmen Square. The crime of the demonstrators; speaking out for human rights and freedom. If this is what the PRC state has been willing to do to their own civilian population, just think about what has been happening inside Tibet, Uyghur, Inner Mongolia and other areas all these years? Think about what would happen inside Taiwan, if the island of Formosa ever lost its freedom...
If we are to honor these fallen who perished twenty years ago today, perhaps nothing could be better than to take on the message conveyed to us by this powerful image of one man bravely stopping a column of tanks on its way to suppress the demonstration in Tiananmen Square.
The individual human being has tremendous ability and power to do good. We can all make a difference if we want to and try. Be the change you want to see in the world around you. Open your heart and mind and don't lose the opportunity...
Take advantage of this human boat; Free yourself from sorrow's mighty stream! This vessel will be later hard to find. The time that you have now, you fool, is not for sleep!
Shantideva
For as long as space endures, And for as long as living beings remain, Until then may I, too, abide To dispel the misery of the world.
Shantideva, The Way of the Bodhisattva
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace, Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy;
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
